Key Responsibilities:

As a Full-Time Remote Live Chat Operator, you'll be responsible for:

Product Knowledge:

+ Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to accurately assist customers with their queries. + Stay up-to-date with product updates, features, and benefits to provide expert-level support.

Problem Resolution:

+ Proactively identify and resolve customer concerns, escalating issues to the appropriate department when necessary. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.

Documentation:
