Main Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative – Chat, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns
- Providing detailed information about products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
- Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments with customers
- Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review
- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review
- Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and innovations in the automotive industry
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred, but not necessary
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills, including proficiency in chat software and other technology tools

Training and Development
As a new hire, you will be required to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST. This comprehensive training program will provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed in this role, including:

- Role-playing exercises to help you develop your customer service skills

Compensation and Perks
As a Customer Support Representative – Chat, you will be compensated competitively, with a salary range of $40,000 – $60,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also enjoy a range of perks and benefits, including:
