Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative – Guest Relations and Operations Support, you will be responsible for:

GUEST RELATIONS

* Providing exceptional guest support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Leveraging AI, specifically ChatGPT, to craft comprehensive guest messaging that resonates with our brand and travelers
  • Screening potential guests and ensuring a seamless onboarding process
  • Responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Achieving 5-star ratings and Superhost Status through exceptional guest experiences
  • Writing and responding to guest reviews on Airbnb, VRBO, and other platforms

COMPANY TASKS

* Reporting maintenance and damage issues to Operations via Operto Teams

  • Submitting damage claims to Guesty Shield for reimbursement
  • Building, managing, and reporting in-house maintenance labor
  • Working knowledge of business financials/accounting to assist with the onboarding of accounting systems
  • Experience in 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality industry

  • Proficiency in English, with perfect grammar and communication skills
  • Experience with Guesty and/or HostAI is a plus
  • Familiarity with ChatGPT and AI-powered guest messaging
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively
  • Availability and reliability in CST and Eastern United States time zones
  • Experience with VoiP and phone communication with guests and vendors

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with Operto Teams and Guesty Shield

  • Knowledge of business financials/accounting and accounting systems
  • Experience in 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management
  • Availability for part-time overnight shifts from 11p-7am CST

Skills and Competencies

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Experience with CRM software and guest management systems
