Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative – Guest Relations and Operations Support, you will be responsible for:
GUEST RELATIONS
* Providing exceptional guest support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Leveraging AI, specifically ChatGPT, to craft comprehensive guest messaging that resonates with our brand and travelers
- Screening potential guests and ensuring a seamless onboarding process
- Responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Achieving 5-star ratings and Superhost Status through exceptional guest experiences
- Writing and responding to guest reviews on Airbnb, VRBO, and other platforms
COMPANY TASKS
* Reporting maintenance and damage issues to Operations via Operto Teams
- Submitting damage claims to Guesty Shield for reimbursement
- Building, managing, and reporting in-house maintenance labor
- Working knowledge of business financials/accounting to assist with the onboarding of accounting systems
- Experience in 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Proficiency in English, with perfect grammar and communication skills
- Experience with Guesty and/or HostAI is a plus
- Familiarity with ChatGPT and AI-powered guest messaging
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively
- Availability and reliability in CST and Eastern United States time zones
- Experience with VoiP and phone communication with guests and vendors
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with Operto Teams and Guesty Shield
- Knowledge of business financials/accounting and accounting systems
- Experience in 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management
- Availability for part-time overnight shifts from 11p-7am CST
