Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our members' drug plans, answering questions about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions, and providing solutions to facilitate treatment. Key Responsibilities

  • Make phone calls and answer questions about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions to help members better understand their services and options
  • Provide solutions to facilitate treatment and support members in navigating their drug plans
  • Work from home, if you meet the criteria, and maintain a secure and distraction-free workspace
  • Adhere to HIPAA compliance and federal regulations, ensuring the confidentiality and security of member information
  • Participate in a comprehensive training program, including 6 weeks of on-site training, to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in this role

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • 1 year of customer interaction experience (e.g., call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, military)
  • Computer experience with Windows-based applications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to solve problems in a positive and constructive manner
  • Excellent customer service skills, including telephone communication and professionalism
  • Reliability and compliance with certain standards, including HIPAA compliance and federal regulations
  • Patience and understanding, with the ability to convey trust and confidence to our members

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in the healthcare industry or a related field
  • Knowledge of health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
