Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting students with platform navigation and technical troubleshooting, ensuring they can access the resources they need to succeed
  • Maintaining accurate records of student interactions and progress, using CRM systems and customer support tools to track and analyze data
  • Collaborating with the team to plan and execute virtual student events and engagement initiatives, fostering a sense of community and connection among our students
  • Identifying and escalating complex student concerns as needed, ensuring that all students receive the support they need to achieve their goals

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-7+ years of experience in customer service, student support, or sales, preferably in an education or wellness-related field
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide outstanding customer care to students from diverse backgrounds
  • Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and customer support tools (Zendesk, live chat, email support)

Preferred Qualifications
