  • Respond to live chat messages from customers on blithequark's website and social media channels in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, addressing their support questions and concerns
  • Offer promotional discounts and upsell/cross-sell products or services to customers, as applicable
  • Utilize provided resources and tools to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
  • Collaborate with internal teams to stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company initiatives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • A device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace
  • Availability of at least 5 hours per week, with flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
