About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in converting inbound and outbound calls into service appointments, ensuring exceptional customer capture and satisfaction. Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• A high school diploma or equivalent, and a minimum of 1 year of experience in dispatching or a related field (preferred)
• US work authorization and the ability to relocate to San Angelo, TX 76903 (required)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering exceptional results
• Basic knowledge of residential HVAC and plumbing (an asset, but not required)
