Our team of experts provides top-notch support to clients seeking luxury transportation services, including black luxury vehicles and stretch limos. As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, handling inbound and outbound calls, and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls from clients seeking price quotes, booking reservations, or confirming reservation details
  • Utilizing software provided by blithequark to take down customer information and manage reservations
  • Communicating effectively with clients via phone and WhatsApp, ensuring a professional and courteous experience
  • Logging in and out of your shift, and notifying the next agent before your shift ends
  • Communicating ahead of time if you are unable to cover a particular day or shift due to unforeseen circumstances
  • Working independently, with minimal supervision, to manage your workload and meet performance expectations

Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Proficiency in using software applications, including those provided by blithequark
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and manage your workload effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Professionalism and courtesy at all times, even in challenging situations
  • A smartphone and laptop/computer with internet access, to quickly navigate and input customer information
  • Availability to work weekend and overnight shifts, including 10pm to 5am PST

Compensation and Benefits

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be paid per incoming call, with rates starting at $4.50 per call, and $2.50 per reservation made. Overnight shift call rates are $8.00 per call. This position can be worked in conjunction with other non-call/phone based contracts, with calls taking priority. We offer a flexible and rewarding opportunity to supplement your income, with the potential to shift to an hourly position as call volume rises.
