Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative/Call Center Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming calls and responding to client inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Providing accurate information about services, policies, and procedures to clients.
  • Resolving customer issues, complaints, or concerns efficiently while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Documenting client interactions and maintaining detailed records of all communications.
  • Escalating complex issues to appropriate departments as needed.
  • Assisting in the training of new team members to promote consistent service delivery.
  • Contributing to team goals by meeting performance metrics and supporting a positive team environment.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* First Call Resolution (FCR) rate: 80% or higher

  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score: 90% or higher
  • Average Handling Time (AHT): 5 minutes or less
  • Net Promoter Score (NPS): 50 or higher

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Empathetic approach towards clients with a strong desire to provide excellent service.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the business.
  • Authorized to work in the USA.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with CRM software and ticketing systems.

  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills.
