Job Summary
As a Senior Data Analyst – IT, you'll be a data-driven leader who's passionate about data, analysis, and program execution. You'll have a strong ability to evaluate the 10,000-foot view and focus on process improvement, with a keen eye for detail and a talent for communicating complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders. You'll work closely with key colleagues across Digital Channels, Personalization, and Loyalty innovation groups, as well as collaborate with a dedicated team to drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Digital Channels, Personalization, and Loyalty innovation groups
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to drive business outcomes and improve functional excellence (Bull)
- Analyze data from various sources to identify trends and patterns, and develop insights that inform business decisions
- Create and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to support business stakeholders
- Work closely with engineers, product managers, and business analysts to drive change and improvement
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and tools, and apply knowledge to drive business outcomes
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and data science
- 3+ years of experience in online business stage development
- Strong experience with BI tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tibco Spotfire)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. computer science, data science, statistics)
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, D3.js)
- Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g. AWS, Google Cloud)
- Experience with agile development methodologies
