About the Role

We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives (CSR) in a remote, after-hours setting. As a CSR, you'll be the first point of contact for our members, providing timely and accurate support for their transportation-related inquiries. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our members receive the best possible experience, and we're looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
  • Receiving and documenting customer concerns in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring all relevant information is captured.
  • Ensuring adherence to company procedures and protocols, including the accurate input of trip data into our systems.
  • Demonstrating a personal commitment to producing high-quality work, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Referencing unresolved customer grievances to the designated department for further investigation and resolution.
  • Multitasking effectively to extract necessary information from multiple systems, while reviewing and educating members on our services and their insurance coverage.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
  • A High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED).
  • 0-2 years of related experience, with a minimum of 6 months contact center experience or customer service experience.
  • Strong organization skills, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to type 35wpm or more.
  • The ability to answer a high volume of calls up to 100 calls per day.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • The ability to talk and type simultaneously in a clear and concise manner while interacting with customers.
  • The ability to work independently under general supervision.
  • Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Haves

While not required, experience in a service-oriented industry or familiarity with healthcare or transportation services would be beneficial in this role.
