Responsibilities

As a Full-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Entering high volumes of data into our internal databases with speed and accuracy, ensuring the integrity and consistency of our data.
  • Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and verifying entered data to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintaining databases by entering new and updated customer and account information, and combining data from both systems when information is incomplete.
  • Accomplishing department and organization mission by completing relevant results as needed, and securing information by completing database backups.
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless data management and administrative support.

Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven data entry work experience, with a strong understanding of data management principles and best practices.
  • Strong typing speed and accuracy, with the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and data entry software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a keen eye for accuracy and precision.
  • Ability to work independently, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong educational foundation in business, computer science, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset in this role:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a strong understanding of remote work best practices.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools, with the ability to analyze and interpret data to inform business decisions.
