Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to member inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and accurate manner. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, enjoying the flexibility and work-life balance that comes with remote work. Your role will involve:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls to support members with their healthcare needs
  • Providing clear and concise information regarding benefits, claims, and plan details
  • Troubleshooting and resolving member concerns, ensuring a positive experience
  • Documenting interactions and following up on issues as needed
  • Staying up to date on products, services, and processes to provide accurate information
  • Maintaining confidentiality and complying with all healthcare privacy regulations

Requirements

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Basic computer proficiency and internet connection for remote work
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or healthcare setting
