Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining data in various systems and databases. You will review and verify data for accuracy and completeness, organize and manage files and documents in a secure and efficient manner, and respond to inquiries and assist with data-related tasks as needed. Responsibilities

* Enter, update, and maintain data in various systems and databases

  • Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness
  • Organize and manage files and documents in a secure and efficient manner
  • Respond to inquiries and assist with data-related tasks as needed
  • Perform additional administrative duties as required
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data entry and management
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Suite
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Must be able to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, computer science) a plus
  • Previous experience in data entry or a related field a plus, but not required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Familiarity with cloud-based storage solutions (e.g., Dropbox, Google Drive)
