Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Pharmacy Technician at blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and experience in our pharmacies. Key Responsibilities

* Assist pharmacists in the exercise of pharmacy, including the preparation and dispensing of medications, patient counseling, and data entry services.

• Use pharmacy systems to retrieve patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and maintain accurate records.
• Provide exceptional patient care and experience, including greeting patients, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Develop strong relationships with patients and healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient information, medication lists, and inventory management.
• Participate in ongoing education and training programs to stay current with the latest developments in pharmacy and healthcare.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

• Completion of a pharmacy technician training program or equivalent experience.
• Current certification as a pharmacy technician (CPhT) or willingness to obtain certification within six months of hire.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and other team members.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care and experience.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in pharmacy systems and software.

Preferred Qualifications

* Six months of experience in a retail or healthcare environment.

• Previous experience working with blithequark or a similar company.
• Strong math skills, with the ability to accurately count, measure, and weigh medications.
• Familiarity with inventory management and data entry systems.
• Certification as a pharmacy technician (CPhT) or willingness to obtain certification within six months of hire.
