About the Role

As a Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialist in our Travel Industry team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be responsible for:
  • Providing top-notch customer support via phone and email, ensuring that our clients receive accurate and timely information about their travel bookings, rebookings, and cancellations.
  • Offering personalized solutions to each customer, ensuring their journey runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must be:
  • Fluent in Danish and have a good command of English.
