Job Summary

As a Part-time Data Entry Specialist (Remote) at blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our clients' data. You will be responsible for entering client employee payroll information and personal employee information into our internal and external systems, as well as updating client and company level information changes. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in maintaining accurate account information and ensuring the integrity of client taxes.

Key Responsibilities

* Enter client employee payroll information and personal employee information into internal and external systems in a timely and accurate manner

• Update client and company level information changes, such as delivery address changes and contact information updates
• Input State Unemployment Insurance rate changes to ensure the integrity of client taxes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client and company information
• Collaborate with the team to resolve any data-related issues or discrepancies

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent required

• At least 1 year of Data Entry experience
• Basic Excel experience and computer knowledge
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel

• Experience with data management and analysis
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
