Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Advocate I – Multilingual Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing timely, accurate, and personalized support to members and providers through various communication channels, including phone, live chat, and email
  • Resolving routine complaints and issues in a proactive and efficient manner, minimizing the need for escalation
  • Serving as the front-line resolution advocate for member and provider inquiries, requests, and concerns
  • Communicating effectively with members and providers to understand their needs, assess their concerns, and determine the best course of action
  • Maintaining performance and quality standards based on established contact center metrics
  • Documenting all member or provider information and communications for quality and performance tracking through our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications
  • Staying up-to-date with quality standards, regulations, and policies to ensure consistency and compliance
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications

* High School diploma or GED required

  • Entry-level position with little or no previous experience
  • Fluency in Korean, Vietnamese, or Mandarin required
  • Experience interacting and multitasking using multiple systems and programs simultaneously preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience in a contact center environment

  • Knowledge of CRM applications and contact center software
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Ability to work effectively in a remote setting with minimal supervision
