Job Overview

  • Provide accurate and timely resolution to claims customer service inquiries, ensuring that all clients receive the support they need in a professional and courteous manner
  • Advise clients by telephone of the status of claims inquiries, keeping them informed throughout the process
  • Coordinate client follow-ups with appropriate claims adjusters, ensuring that all issues are resolved efficiently
  • Provide support and back-up assistance to other areas of the Customer Service Center as needed, demonstrating your flexibility and commitment to the team
  • Demonstrate a commitment to blithequark's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, applying your knowledge of compliance policies and procedures, standards, and laws applicable to your job responsibilities

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to problem-solve and work independently. Previous inbound telephonic customer service experience in a call center environment is essential, and insurance experience, knowledge of medical terminology, and a working knowledge of PMA Claims Systems would be a significant advantage.

Essential Qualifications

  • Previous inbound telephonic customer service experience in a call center environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to problem-solve and work independently
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Must be located within proximity to the Allentown office

Preferred Qualifications

  • Insurance experience, with a strong understanding of the claims process
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and a working knowledge of PMA Claims Systems
  • Bilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients in multiple languages
