Job Overview

As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be the face of blithequark at our Locker+ locations. You'll be responsible for receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing packages for delivery. But it's not just about getting the job done – it's about making a personal connection with our customers and uplifting their lives, even if it's just for a few moments.

Duties & Responsibilities

Some of your key duties and responsibilities will include:

• Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing packages for delivery
• Assisting customers with questions and concerns, providing solutions to problems and issues
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to blithequark's high standards of quality and safety
• Managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing the site, ensuring seamless operations
• Using technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders
• Receiving truck deliveries and ensuring timely processing of packages

Physical Demands & Requirements

As a Customer Service Associate, you'll need to be able to:

• Perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
• Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
• Be available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week
