Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve patient outcomes. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop and test solutions, and deploy them to production. You'll also be responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends and insights, and presenting findings to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and develop data-driven solutions that meet business needs
- Design, develop, and implement data models, databases, and data warehouses to support business intelligence and analytics
- Develop and maintain complex queries, reports, and dashboards to support business decision-making
- Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and other team members
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- 2-4+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related field
- Strong experience with Microsoft Access, Excel, Visual Basic for Applications, and SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS)
- Experience with development programming languages, such as ASP.NET, C#, and JavaScript
- Experience with database languages, such as Transact SQL and Oracle PLSQL
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with reporting platforms, such as WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad)
- Knowledge of Aetna systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.)
- Experience with Hadoop, Oracle, and other big data technologies
- Crystal Reporting experience preferred

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently

- Strong understanding of data modeling, database design, and data warehousing concepts
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
- Salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
