Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Success Specialist to join our team on a full-time, rotational shift basis. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback through inbound and outbound phone calls, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support and service. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Specialist at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers in placing online orders and resolving any issues related to the ordering process
  • Providing support through phone calls, responding to customer inquiries, and addressing their concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Processing payments securely and efficiently, ensuring that customer transactions are completed accurately and on time
  • Proactively supporting customers and maintaining a positive brand reputation through excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to ensure that customers receive timely and effective resolutions
  • Collaborating with the team to improve customer support processes and service quality
  • Maintaining and improving service quality through continuous training and development

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in any field
  • At least 6 months of experience in customer support, with a strong preference for call center experience
  • B2 level proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including active listening, customer service orientation, and the ability to handle inquiries professionally
  • Typing speed of at least 40wpm with 90% accuracy
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Proficiency in Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers who speak this language
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
