Your Role
As a Business Premier Service Consultant, you'll be the primary point of contact for our business customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met and exceeded. Your day-to-day will be filled with a variety of tasks, including:
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Providing expert advice on our products and services, including billing, rate plans, features, and network coverage
- Selling our latest products and services to customers, meeting monthly sales goals and delivering personalized recommendations
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide effective solutions
- Staying up-to-date with the latest technology and applications, using your knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve customer-impacting issues
- Maintaining accurate records and updating customer accounts on our computer terminal
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Call center or customer service experience, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, including day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours
- Desire to work onsite in one of our call centers
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
