Job Summary

We're seeking experienced customer service professionals to join our overnight team, working from home in Illinois. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to patients via phone, ensuring timely delivery of life-sustaining medications
  • Resolving patient inquiries and concerns in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
  • Utilizing strong computer skills to navigate our systems and provide accurate information to patients
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of patient issues

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to patient inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage
  • Utilize strong communication skills to empathize with patients and provide personalized support
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of patient issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment

  • 6+ months of high call center experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another application
  • Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* 6+ months of experience handling and resolving complex customer needs over the phone

  • Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions
  • Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting

COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement

Training Schedule

Our training program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role. Training will take place Monday through Friday, 9:00am EST to 5:00pm EST.

Schedule Availability

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work overnight shifts from the comfort of your own home in Illinois. Your schedule will be Monday through Sunday, 9:00pm EST to 9:00am EST, with an 8-hour shift assigned to you 5 days a week.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is: Minimum: $17.02 Maximum: $27.16 Please note that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
