Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Voice of the Customer (VOC) Method Transformation and Innovation

As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll play a critical role in transforming and innovating our Voice of the Customer (VOC) method, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

With over 5 million surveys received from clients each year across the consumer, business, and service provider space, our Customer Listening Team is responsible for implementing the Stop-to-Give-Up Voice of the Customer technique. This technique includes designing and programming customer experience surveys, which include 40+ studies translated into over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries.
Transforming the VOC Method
As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll assist in the transformation and innovation of the VOC method, focusing on the improvement and preservation of the new Voice of the Customer technique sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with the survey and dashboard platform hosted through Qualtrics, our survey seller. You'll work closely with product and process owners, concern matter specialists from Qualtrics, and the Agile team in technology to deliver innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with utility teams to outline, design, and capture business needs
- Grow knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods and leverage them to outline and transform data within the Cornerstone large data platform
- Design and build robust data model architecture to aid in fulfilling statistical processing and standardized metric definitions
- Develop and deliver large-scale statistics and batch/real-time analytical answers leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python)
- Provide pointers to beautify competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems
- Power consumer tale evaluation & elaboration, design, and development of software program programs, checking out & builds automation tools
- Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve best and efficiency
- Work closely with companions from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique
Essential Qualifications:
* Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for data pushed tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years
