Job Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Eliciting and documenting business requirements from stakeholders, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and test plans
- Attending requirements workshops to communicate and discuss documented business requirements
- Organizing and maintaining the team backlog, ensuring that all requirements are well-formed, traceable, and testable
- Collaborating with the management team on new products and sales strategies, and working with team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer experiences
- Providing exceptional customer service and answering incoming client inquiries
