Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of blithequark, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through telephone and email interactions. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, resolving inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing solutions that meet their needs. Your exceptional communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will make you a valuable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle both incoming and outgoing calls in a Contact Center environment, providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries

  • Demonstrate a high level of customer care skills and expertise while interacting with customers, representatives, and management
  • Establish a rapport with customers, building trust and loyalty through personalized interactions
  • Maintain detailed records of vendor and part communications in our database or shared systems as required
  • Possess the ability to work multiple subordinate tasks, consistently reviewing educational materials to stay up-to-date on products and services
  • Clearly communicate all Auto Projects, including Advancements and Special Offers, to customers
  • May lead phases of preparation to sellers on Advancements and Special Offers
  • May lead post-purchase Advancements reviews with customers
  • Adhere to all established policies and procedures
  • May be required to work Contact Center Channel
  • Other duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications

* Unparalleled written and verbal communication skills

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
  • Excellent perception skills
  • When training is completed, Quality Screens scores should meet the minimum standards of 95% or above
  • Ability to type at least 35 wpm
  • Maintain a superb Participation and Reliability record (see Participation strategy for details)

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience in a Contact Center environment

  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer relationship management tools
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, marketing)
