What We're Looking For
To succeed as a Patient Care Advocate at blithequark, you'll need:
* A High School Diploma or GED
* A College degree or Junior College degree with a healthcare focus (preferred)
* At least 1 year of relevant customer care experience
* Intermediate to Advanced PC knowledge, with the ability to navigate multiple screens and systems
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
* Flexibility to work specified shifts and extended hours as necessary
