Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Insurance Policy Support

As a Remote Licensed Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in supporting one of the largest insurance providers in the U.S., assisting customers with entry-level auto and property policies. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you will be responsible for receiving, reviewing, and processing calls regarding policy coverage, billing, and modifications. Your exceptional communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will enable you to resolve complex issues and provide a seamless experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive, review, and process calls regarding customer insurance policies, including policy coverage, billing, and modifications

  • Assist customers with entry-level auto and property policies, providing accurate and timely information to resolve their queries
  • Utilize computer systems and data systems to search for answers and information, and to navigate system tools to resolve customer issues
  • Demonstrate a high level of customer service aptitude, empathy, and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and provide a seamless experience for customers
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve customer satisfaction and business objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Must have a valid Utah address to be considered for this role
  • Must have a quiet and distraction-free work environment during working and training hours
  • Must have a reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 5 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
  • Must have a headset and a computer or tablet with a webcam (excluding Kindle Fire Tablets and cell phones)
  • Must be comfortable with being on a web camera during training and production
  • Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including weekends as needed

Preferred Qualifications

* 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience in customer service or a related field

  • Basic conflict resolution skills and a strong ability to manage emotions and show resiliency during stressful situations
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
