Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Work independently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
  • Identify and resolve data entry errors and discrepancies
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless data entry processes

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Proven track record in data entry or a related field
  • Proficient typing skills with a strong focus on accuracy (25 words per minute input)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in data entry for a healthcare or eye care company is advantageous
