Job Summary

As an Experienced Customs Trade Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of customs documentation, facilitating the movement of goods across borders, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a full-time remote position, requiring a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide impeccable customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customs documentation, including import and export shipments, using various systems and reference materials
  • Maintain and update all shipment documentation in compliance with record-keeping requirements, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Comply with all international importing and exporting regulations, adhering to strict guidelines and procedures
  • Collaborate with internal staff, divisions, other blithequark activities, and clients to deliver exceptional service and meet customer expectations
  • Process organizational financier shipments, handling distant filings and other related tasks as required
  • Ensure all service and operational strategies are followed, maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency
  • Perform other duties as assigned, adapting to changing priorities and requirements

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., international trade, logistics, business administration)

  • High School Certificate or GED required; minimum of 6 months of work experience preferred
  • Proficiency in data entry and computer skills, with experience using MS Office, Viewpoint, and other software applications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, transporters, intermediaries, government agencies, and internal staff
  • Ability to handle high volumes of work, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, using discretion and judgment to resolve issues and make decisions

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in customs trade, logistics, or a related field

  • Familiarity with international trade regulations and procedures
  • Knowledge of customs documentation and clearance processes
  • Experience working with various software applications, including customs clearance systems
