Job Summary
We are seeking an Experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a remote basis. As a key member of our data analytics team, you will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing large datasets to support business decisions. You will work closely with our internal clients and stakeholders to understand their data needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with internal clients and stakeholders to understand their data needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements
- Developing, validating, and executing complex queries, developing complex reports, and performing complex data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients
- Designing and developing packages for internal clients
- Evaluating data needs of assigned projects, ensuring data integrity and suitability, and determining data collection methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods
- Turning data into actionable insights through reporting solutions
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Presenting evaluation and reports to internal clients and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- 2-4+ years of experience in data entry, data analysis, or a related field
- Experience with Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.), Excel, Visual Basic for Applications
- Experience with reporting platforms – SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS)
- Development programming languages/knowledge/experience – ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript
- Development database languages/knowledge/experience – Transact SQL
- Database knowledge/experience – MS SQL Server
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
- Experience with reporting platforms – WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad)
- Knowledge of blithequark systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.)
- Database knowledge/experience – Hadoop, Oracle
- Development database languages/knowledge/experience – Oracle PLSQL
- Crystal Reporting experience preferred
Required Education
To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
