Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional experiences for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Documenting and updating customer records based on interactions
  • Maintaining a knowledge base of the evolving products and services offered by our clients
  • Increasing customer retention by implementing creative problem-solving skills and providing personalized solutions
  • Handling numerous customer inquiries promptly, accurately, and efficiently

Preferred Skills

While we welcome applications from candidates with a range of backgrounds and experiences, we're particularly interested in candidates who possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
  • Experience supporting brand products and services
  • A positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A minimum of a high school diploma, with a college degree preferred
  • Experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting
  • Experience supporting consumer products and/or services

Training and Development

  • 100% attendance: We expect all employees to attend all scheduled training sessions and meetings.

Home Environment and Work Space

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll work from the comfort of your own home. We require that you have a dedicated home office workspace, preferably a separate room with its own door. Your workspace should be:

  • Adequately sized to accommodate your workstation
  • Equipped with three power connections (either three outlets or a power strip)
  • Hardwired to your router for reliable internet access
  • Maintained in a safe and clean condition
  • Free from personal disruptions during scheduled hours, including:

+ Loud music + Non-work-related phone calls + Other household members + You are scheduled on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift. It's essential to understand this job does not allow flexibility to answer the door or be on-call care for others during work hours.
