Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Chat Support Associate, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with our vibrant community of veterinary professionals through live chats, phone calls, emails, internal discussion boards, and platform demos to provide exceptional support and guidance
  • Collaborating with our Support Team to resolve user inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to our users
  • Working cross-functionally with our internal teams to help evolve and improve our platform
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our Vetcove platform and its features to provide expert support and guidance
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our users receive the most relevant and accurate information

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1 year of relevant, customer-facing work experience
  • 2 Year Associate's Degree or 4 Year College Degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in chat support is preferred, but not required
  • Patience and compassion when handling difficult situations
  • Ability to adapt quickly and manage many concurrent responsibilities
  • A strong desire to learn and help our customers succeed
  • A positive attitude and one-for-all team mentality with excellent collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we're particularly interested in candidates with:

  • Experience working in a tech or start-up environment
  • Knowledge of intercom and/or experience with other chat platforms
  • A background in veterinary medicine or a related field
