Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Chat Support Associate, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with our vibrant community of veterinary professionals through live chats, phone calls, emails, internal discussion boards, and platform demos to provide exceptional support and guidance
- Collaborating with our Support Team to resolve user inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to our users
- Working cross-functionally with our internal teams to help evolve and improve our platform
- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our Vetcove platform and its features to provide expert support and guidance
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our users receive the most relevant and accurate information
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1 year of relevant, customer-facing work experience
- 2 Year Associate's Degree or 4 Year College Degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in chat support is preferred, but not required
- Patience and compassion when handling difficult situations
- Ability to adapt quickly and manage many concurrent responsibilities
- A strong desire to learn and help our customers succeed
- A positive attitude and one-for-all team mentality with excellent collaboration skills
