Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our team, providing dedicated support to one of our ministry clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our clients. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our ministry client, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions to meet their needs

  • Process orders, manage product returns, and handle customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize active listening skills to understand customer concerns and provide personalized solutions
  • Select and explain potential solutions to customers, expediting corrections or adjustments as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to our clients
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to provide informed support to our clients

Requirements

* Proven customer support experience, preferably in a similar industry or role

  • Microsoft Office knowledge, with proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills, with the ability to understand and address customer concerns
  • Strong attention to detail skills and quality-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • Dependable with an outstanding attendance record, with the ability to work regular business hours (8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday)
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a similar industry or role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices

  • Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with a high volume of customer interactions
