The Opportunity

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be part of our world-class team that helps reunite people with their missing pets nationwide. Our 24/7, 365-day-a-year operation requires a dedicated and compassionate individual who can provide top-notch support to our customers.

What You'll Do

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Reassuring panicked callers about their missing pets and providing a positive experience for our customers
  • Serving as the frontline team to help reunite pets with their pet parents
  • Adhering to daily schedules to manage inbound calls, with the possibility of increased calls during peak periods
  • Collaborating with a team of like-minded individuals to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous call center experience is REQUIRED
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • If remote, a quiet designated work area at home (this role is not a substitute for childcare, elder care, side gigs, etc.)
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and federal background check upon hire
