The Role
As a Part-Time Customer & Technical Support Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and technical support for our flagship product, the CatGenie Self-Washing Cat Box. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and your expertise will be essential in resolving issues, answering questions, and providing guidance on product usage.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service and technical support via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Diagnose problems and walk customers through step-by-step solutions to resolve issues
- Assist customers with orders, repairs, returns, and other inquiries
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and customer service best practices
Essential Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a technical or product support role
- Previous experience working with customers in a remote or home-based setting
- Excellent communication, writing, and grammar skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in data entry and navigation of different software systems
- Punctuality and great attendance record
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service

* Experience working with CatGenie or similar products
- Previous experience in a technical support or product troubleshooting role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
