Key Responsibilities
As a Data Analyst, your key roles and responsibilities will include:
- Customer Satisfaction Tracking Data: Provide updates on customer satisfaction trends and drivers of our customer's Likelihood to Recommend (LTR) and Net Promoter Scores (NPS)
- Ad-Hoc Research: Design and implement ad-hoc research studies to meet the needs of internal customers; this may include creating, launching, and analyzing online surveys, airport intercepts, usability research, and/or focus groups
- Voice of the Customer and Journey Analytics: Develop a long-term vision and readiness for a VOC and Customer Journey Analytics application for blithequark; integrate multiple sources of customer interaction (quant/qual, social, complaints, chat, call, digital, etc.) to provide a holistic view of a customer's experience
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct ad-hoc analyses to respond to diverse business questions; create dashboards and analytical reports, coupled with key insights and recommendations, to provide to leadership/internal customers
What You'll Need for Success
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent training/experience; 3+ years of labor experience; experience in remodeling uncooked data into significant insights
- Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Marketing, Marketing Research, or social sciences; feedback management systems/systems experience desired; moderator experience preferred; 3+ years of labor experience in an analytical area such as Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Revenue Management, Network Planning, Sales Strategy, Customer Insights, Marketing
- Skills and Licenses: Ability to synthesize complex data from multiple sources into a succinct layout and concisely present findings to executive-level audience; extremely prepared and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and quickly react to changing business needs while meeting company deadlines; self-motivator who can work independently, as well as in a team environment, and drive development in an ambiguous environment; client-service mindset with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally with partners in both business, operations, and technology; experience in the use of SPSS statistical software, online survey software, Voice of the Customer or Enterprise, such as Medallia and Qualtrics is preferred; skilled in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint); strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities are required; experience in SQL is preferred
