Key Responsibilities:

Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences:

Engage with customers and patients, resolving issues and answering questions to ensure a positive experience. Model and share customer service best practices with your team to deliver a distinctive and delightful experience.

Operational Excellence:

Provide courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service to customers. Recommend items for sale, register customer purchases, and maintain a clean and well-merchandised store environment.

Asset Protection and Compliance:

Implement Company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss. Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products.

Visual Merchandising:

Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, and sale merchandise. Complete resets and revisions as directed.

Photo Services:

Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine. Suggestively sell promotional photo products.

Web Pick-up and Maintenance:

Monitor orders in Picture Care Plus, fill orders, and deliver them to customers as they arrive at the store. Assist with exterior and interior maintenance to ensure a clean, neat, and orderly store condition.

Training and Development:

Attend training and complete PPLs requested by your Manager or assigned by corporate.

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or specialized training preferred.

• Previous customer service experience in a retail or healthcare environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with visual merchandising and display construction.

• Knowledge of store systems and equipment.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills.
• Previous experience with photo services or digital imaging.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
