Responsibilities

As a Junior Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary duties will include:

Providing Exceptional Customer Support:

Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.

Collaborating with the Customer Support Team:

Work closely with the customer support team to resolve issues, improve service, and implement service improvement initiatives.

Identifying and Implementing Service Improvement Initiatives:

Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement, then work with the team to implement changes and measure their effectiveness.

Fostering a Collaborative Team Environment:

Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting open communication, and collaboration among team members.

Documenting and Presenting Customer Support Strategies and Outcomes:

Assist in documenting customer support strategies and outcomes, and present findings to the team and management.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.

Experience:

0-2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.

Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to understand and resolve customer issues.
