Job Summary

As a Customer Service Remote Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to callers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting the Access-a-Ride transportation program. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication, efficient issue resolution, and a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about the Access-a-Ride transportation program

  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless communication, efficient issue resolution, and a positive customer experience
  • Maintain accurate records, update customer information, and perform data entry tasks as required
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Adhere to blithequark's policies, procedures, and quality standards

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote work environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
  • Strong typing skills (at least 40 wpm) and basic computer knowledge
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, comfortable workspace

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or remote work environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and data entry systems
  • Basic knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Call Center Professional (CCCP)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and Spanish, or other languages)
