Responsibilities

As an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

• Assisting clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an Interpreter over the phone
• Handling high-volume calls with a pleasant and efficient demeanor
• Providing exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations
• Collaborating with our team to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Staying up-to-date with new software and technologies to ensure seamless communication with clients and customers
• Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to blithequark's policies and procedures

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A personal computer with a working camera and internet connection (required for remote work during the Covid-19 pandemic)
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse clients and customers
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Proven success in a previous customer service or call center position
• Ability to work remotely in emergency situations
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
