Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced customer support representative to join our team at blithequark. As a customer support representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our members, resolving their issues, and ensuring they have an exceptional experience with our service. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer support to blithequark members via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels
  • Resolve member issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with our streaming service
  • Communicate effectively with members, providing clear and concise solutions to their problems
  • Document member interactions, issues, and resolutions in our database
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as technical support and product development, to resolve complex issues
  • Stay up-to-date with blithequark's products, services, and policies to provide accurate and helpful information to members

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications, or business)
  • 3+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in the online streaming or technology industry
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in computer systems, software applications, and technical troubleshooting
  • Experience with customer support software and technologies, such as CRM systems and helpdesk tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment

  • Certification in customer support, such as CCSP or CCEP
  • Bi-lingual or multi-lingual skills
