Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, offering protection plans for their existing credit cards, and driving sales growth through your expertise and enthusiasm. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, with set schedules that allow for a perfect balance of work and personal life. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our valued clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Offer protection plans for existing credit cards, educating customers on the benefits and value of our products
  • Drive sales growth through your expertise and enthusiasm, meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to the success of our team
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, provide support, and drive team success
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and company initiatives to provide informed and effective service to our customers

Essential Qualifications

* 6 months of previous call center experience or remote work-from-home experience

  • Live within 90 minutes of our local facility (8085 Rivers Ave, North Charleston, SC 29406)
  • Ability to connect to high-speed internet at your primary residence
  • Dedicated workspace during working hours, free from outside noise and distraction
  • Minimum network speed of:

+ 25 Mbps download speed + 10 Mbps upload speed

  • High school diploma or GED equivalency
  • Ability to pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in sales or customer service

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience with CRM software or other customer service tools
