Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Call Center Representative – Data Entry and Customer Service, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and clients, while also accurately and efficiently processing data entry tasks. You will work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions to complex problems. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to patients and clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions

  • Accurately and efficiently process data entry tasks, including entering patient and medication information into our systems
  • Handle high-volume customer inquiries and resolve complex problems in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve customer concerns and provide solutions to complex problems
  • Utilize our systems and technology to access patient and medication information, as well as to process data entry tasks
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and data entry tasks
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service and data entry skills

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Essential level computer skills, including:

+ Starting and closing a computer + Using a mouse to point and click + Starting and closing programs + Switching between programs + Saving files + Printing documents + Accessing data online

  • Essential web browsing skills, including:

+ Opening a program + Writing URLs in the correct location + Using a web search engine + Bookmarking a website + Navigating using back/forward/stop buttons + Completing online forms

  • 18 years old or older

Preferred Qualifications

* At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment

  • At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly perceived confirmation office
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessment of customer satisfaction
  • Middle to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, organizing documents)
  • Familiarity with Spanish and English
