Job Summary
As a Customer Service Support Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to patients, healthcare providers, and insurance carriers. You will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries and maintain performance goals. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team that is dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of patients and their families.
Responsibilities
* Answer 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, healthcare providers, and insurance carriers
- Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances
- Routinely utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone
- Maintain performance goals and become proficient with processes after completing a structured training program
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency navigating multiple computer screens and applications
- Alpha-Numeric data entry proficiency
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity
Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalent
- Remote work experience and ability to work from home
- Previous medical and/or call center experience a plus
- Ability to connect equipment to router/modem with Ethernet cord (no satellite internet or Wi-Fi connections)
- Internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second

Pay Range
* $15.25-$21.00 per hour or State/Local minimum wage, if higher
Benefits
* Comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan
- Casual, PRN & Part Time employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan only
