Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and update data into blithequark's databases and systems accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is correct and up to date.
  • Verify data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform regular data reviews to ensure data accuracy and consistency, and collaborate with other departments to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring easy access and retrieval of information as needed.
  • Prepare and sort documents for data entry, and assist with generating reports and other documentation as required.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and adhere to privacy regulations, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.
  • Provide exceptional customer support through online chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency, and perform basic administrative duties as needed, such as filing, scanning, and photocopying.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in data entry, customer support, or related fields is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk, customer support agent, or in a similar administrative role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with database software.
