About the Role

You will partner closely with product managers, developers, and UX designers to define test strategies, execute both manual and automated test suites, and surface actionable insights that shape product roadmaps. This position reports directly to the Lead QA Engineer and will be a key voice on our daily stand‑ups, sprint retrospectives, and quarterly release planning meetings. Your work will directly impact user satisfaction, reduce defect leakage, and accelerate time‑to‑market for new features that empower businesses throughout North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and beyond. --- Key Responsibilities -

Design and maintain

end‑to‑end test plans for 2–3 major releases per quarter, covering functional, regression, performance, and security scenarios. -
