Own end‑to‑end delivery

of 5–8 concurrent projects per quarter, from charter through post‑mortem, using Jira and Smartsheet to track scope, schedule, and risk. -

Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives

for distributed Scrum teams, ensuring that at least 85 % of meetings are asynchronous and that any synchronous sessions stay within a 2‑hour core window (10 am – 12 pm Baldwin Park time). -

Maintain a transparent project dashboard
