As a work-from-home Customer Service Representative, you'll be an integral part of our VUE (Veracity Underwriting Experience) Team, providing top-notch support to our customers through inbound phone calls.

Essential Functions
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Obtaining and maintaining your Property and Casualty License
- Working independently, taking initiative, and working with little supervision
- Maintaining regular and timely attendance
- Making decisions, problem-solving, and holding to an ethical standard
- Managing individual stress and composure
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma
- A designated space and internet capability to work from home
- The ability to pass a background check
- Extensive Microsoft Office or G-Suite experience
- 2 years of customer service experience
